Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. Use this code to track your order in real time. Didn't receive a track & trace code? Please contact our customer service.

We understand that plans may change. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible if you wish to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

With us, it's not only about you as a customer, but also about our planet. Therefore, we consciously choose a slightly longer delivery time of 8 to 12 working days on average, with a possible run up to 15 working days. We do this for a reason: sustainability.

Instead of storing our products in large warehouses, we ship directly from our suppliers. This allows us to significantly reduce the carbon footprint of transportation.

Returns

You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the return conditions. Request a return via our contact form. Mention the order number and mail address of your order. The return costs are for your own account. For detailed information go to our return policy page.

The returned product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Make sure all labels and protective materials are still present.

No. Unfortunately this is not possible. We then ask you to return the unwanted product and place a new order.

Once we receive the returned product, we aim to complete processing within 5 to 10 working days. Please note that refunds may take some time to process.

Bundling policy

If you ordered a bundle item, you can only return it if you return the entire bundle . Suppose you have placed an order with a 2+1 free item, you must return all 3 products. Would you still like to keep an article? Then we recommend that you place a new order, with only the desired item.

If you shop at Bevano Favorites, you can order a bundle of items. This way you save 10%, 20% or even 40% discount on our products.

Go to the desired product and see if there is a bundle option. This is shown on the right side of the product page. Sometimes you save a percentage on the number of products or you even get to see 2+1 free deals.

If you purchased a bundle, you must return all items from a bundle in their original condition. After the return has been approved, your money will be refunded to your account within 5 to 10 working days on average. For more information about returning a bundle, see our refund policy.
