Return Policy
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer you the opportunity to return your order within 14 days of receipt . Exchanges are unfortunately not possible.

- Send us an email: Send us an email with the return request. Provide your name, order number and the items you wish to return. Email us at info@bevano.nl. We will then send you the return form.
- Return period: You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep or return the product, calculated from the day of receipt.
- Undamaged and in original packaging: The returned product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Make sure all labels and protective materials are still attached.
- Costs for own account: The costs for returning the product are at your own expense. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure that the product arrives safely back to us.
- Returns at your own risk: Returning the product is entirely at your own risk. Make sure it is well packed to prevent damage during transport.
- Mention of order number: To process the return, we need your order number and email address. Therefore, add this information to your return order. Without this information, we cannot process your return .
Exception Hygiene Products
According to Dutch law , hygiene products are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to most purchases. This means that you cannot return these products once the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken. This exception applies to items such as razors, toothbrushes, and other personal care products that cannot be returned for hygienic and health reasons once the seal has been broken. For Bevano, this applies to most products that fall under the 'Beauty & Make Up' category. Including magnetic eyelashes, facial cupping set, plumping lip filler, face masks and all other make-up products.

Bundle Return Policy
If you ordered a bundle item, you can only return it if you return the entire bundle . For example, if you placed an order with a 2+1 free item, you must return all 3 products. Do you still want to keep an item? Then we advise you to place a new order, with only the desired item.

Refund
